Their efficiency precluded duplicated efforts on our part. They were highly responsive to email and phone enquiries and they found solutions to the complicated financial transactions, including overseas money transfer, involved with our purchase. On first contacting them, they responded in minutes and continued to always be available even when we were travelling overseas. We went from introduction to ready to close in thirteen days, which we think is an impressive achievement!
