I purchased my first home with Mariah and she made the entire process a breeze. I felt so taken care of, and knew I had someone who really had my best interests at heart. She was on top of all the numbers, locking in the best rate for me, sending out documents and always available to talk through any questions I had. Mariah was amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and scenarios we wanted to prepare for and Mariah was ready every step of the way! She made sure to watch the market to let us know when rates were expected to drop or raise and made sure she could broker us the best deal for our situation. Even when curveballs were thrown, she and her team were on it! We're looking forward to working with Mariah and her team again, especially if/when rates start to drop significantly.
