Don't get ripped off! When I decided to finally cancel, based on their overpriced costs, dirty facilities and limited, low quality, workout equipment, it took me 4 months and 140 dollars of extra billing. If you give these people your card information they will bill you until eternity. Since their customer service is totally unresponsive, there's not much you can do.

For any dads looking to take their baby to the pool here, I'd recommend going somewhere else. There's no changing table in the men's locker room and the changing table in the family locker room is broken. It was a nightmare trying to maneuver getting ready for parent tot class.

I spent weeks trying to communicate and contact Versia Wilkerson for answers about childcare and it took weeks to get a response and still have no questions answered. Dont recommend coming here if you have CCAP you have to jump through hoops just to get a simple answer!
