      image The people working in the snowboard department are some of the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Abby/gabby or whatever her name was will tell over and over that she has been fitting boots for 3 years like Im suppose to drop down and bow down to your part time seasonal job experience. Try listening to the customer for once and maybe dont judge who walks through the door.
      I went to Christys in River Run and they had no problem fitting me correctly.
