SP+ Parking

Theres a credit card machine at the exit of this garage, but since they want you to pay before you exit, youll scan your ticket, credit card in hand, and the arm will go up and allow you leave. Youll think, Oh! Todays my lucky day! Maybe theres some kind of event happening where parking is waived! Nah. Theyll send you a notice with a $30 fee, plus your parking amount for No Payment, plus by the time they actually send you the notice, its outside of their 14 day dispute window. I called and asked for them to make it make sense, spoke to a very angry person, and at least got the parking and fee reduced to $5, which also doesnt really make sense either but man, what a logical business were running here. TL;DR - dont park here

They will send you a $40 citation even if you try to pay! DON'T PARK HERE! Customer service will talk down to you like you're an idiot too

SCAM PARKING LOT!!! They sent me a $39 citation fee and purposefully never charged my my card when I originally tried to pay!

Oh my god. Please make sure you guys pay for the parking ticket before you leave the garage. I got charged 2 months later. The exit was wide open so it could be really easy to ignore the payment and go.

We dint find any payment kiosk and imagined that it was free beyond the working hours. We got charged 40$ almost 2 months later for 30 minutes of parking.
