SoundDown Silent Disco

I had never been to a silent disco before, but reached out to Sounddown to book headsets for my 30th birthday party. Can easily say this is the best party I have ever had and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Peter was great - he made the setup and delivery process so easy that everything was a breeze. He was there when I had questions and made sure the equipment was in the best condition possible for the party.

We originally rented a Silent Disco package from another company, but they were not able to provide us with the equipment on the day of our party. We were celebrating our 4th BDAY as a hostel and were crushed with the news. Luckily, after emailing a few other places, Peter from SoundDown went over and above for us, even though we were not his client or responsibility. He made calls and last minute found another supplier for the equipment and our party turned out just perfect. Thank you!!

We are beyond thankful to have found Peter and SoundDown! Extremely professional, kind and accommodating with delivery and pick up of equipment. He had backups to the backups for anything we needed and even brought extra party lights. Above and beyond all around! Can't wait for a reason to book with SoundDown again!

We throw a silent disco party EVERY year for Halloween. This year we had over 30 people. I Contacting sounddown which was easy and they had great communication through email. On the day of the party, They set up the systems and told us how to use them. Taking time to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. They came back the next day for a quick pickup (not to early). It worked out great. The big thing that I respect them for it...There was a little issue with billing. If you mention you paid them on Venmo it works way better to communicate that to them as well. The best part about it all, even with a miscommunication on their park they felt terrible and went out of their way to make it right. They sent a gift in the mail which no one, or even a company does that anymore. For them to do that, along with apologizing... really made me respect them and their business. Local, hard working and they put their customers first. Rent from them! It was the best Halloween party to date! Thank you again soundDown!
