I could not be more pleased with my decision to join Barre Forte. Nadia and her entire staff/team clearly have worked hard to provide such a welcoming and motivating environment. Every single person is professional, motivating and genuine. I highly recommend this studio for everyone of all ages and abilities. I started at Barre Forte almost two years ago after trying a few other studios in Denver. I loved how welcoming everyone was and how supportive both the clientele and staff are of one another. It’s always a great workout and has inspired me to become a barre instructor myself!

I love all the instructor that work here, they are so personable and confident in what they are teaching! Everyone that attends Barre Forte classes are welcoming and makes it fell like a family I want to keep being apart of!

I absolutely love the instructors! They’re very helpful and super fun to work with! First time trying Barre(elsewhere) was not the best experience. Coming to Barre Forte was 100x better! I encourage any man or woman to come here for support, fun and knowledge about staying or getting into shape!

Always love Barre Forte! They have a variety of classes that is above the rest. The bounce class is the bomb. It incorporates cardio and sculpting! It’s my fav!
