First time ever to one of these food was good but took a while to come

We were sat and waited for a one hour and a half and never received our food. We got two ice teas while we were waiting and when we told the server we were going to leave and we were going to another restaurant, we were still charged for the ice teas.

Restaurant was nice & clean. Thats the ONLY thing good I can say about my experience. Had to wait 1 hour to be seated (that wasnt their fault) but after being seated is where it went downhill quickly. Wife got a 19.00 Salad with grilled chicken (couldnt find the chicken there was so little of itmaybe 3 minuscule pieces with one slice of strawberryall else just greensagain $19). I got a Shrimp Po Boy ($19.99) and the bread was toasted beyond belief. It was as hard as a piece of cement. When I attempted to close the sandwich the bread broke into many pieces. Tried to squeeze the bread and it disintegrated into powder in my hand. Waiter didnt come back after first checking right after food touched the table. No refill of my drink (Coke at $3.75 too). I spent $45 for the worst meal that I can remember from a restaurant. Sonic serves better food. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
