Frequently runs out of cargo carts so you have to carry all your items around. They say there is a theft problem with the carts so somehow that allows them not to provide carts. Imagine unloading a full truck to a typical unit ~80ft away with no cart. Box by box.
*edit* how can you ensure the safety against theft of the tenants when you cant ensure the safety of theft against your own carts in a camera surveillance facility (requiring individual key codes)?

I have rented here for a number of years and it has become the biggest regret. The amount of time it takes to repair their ports is laughable. They constantly raise their rent. If you think that its initially a good price, thats how they entice you because they know after your stuff is in there, the hassle to move it will cause you to just eat the new price. The carts they provide as a service are no longer accessible after the office hours are closed!!!! Good luck moving your stuff in after work to the second floor. They claim its a courtesy, however the fact that the staff cant keep track of some giant carts because they get stolen shows just how competent they really are. What are the cameras even for? DO NOT rent here. It is NOT a good deal. Pay a little more and find a place that is reputable. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE.

Star storage for s good you pay normal fee for a 10"10 or 10*20 with 50% discount for the first months of your storage rental.
