      image Edit: I have removed THREE stars due to arbitrary, random rate increases of excessive dollar values. They say it's due to rising costs of operation... But they're still offering units of the same size or a little larger for less on the website. Also: my last rate increase immediately coincided with my decision to reduce the additional insurance: I was looking to lower my monthly rate and they simply raised it to what it once was with the insurance addendum. This is unbelievably bad customer relations. I am in the process of seeking a new unit, with a different agency.
      They do charge more than their competition, it's true, and I do believe they overcharge ever so slightly because they take advantage of the fact that a lot of their clientele are pretty high end BUT the security, the climate control, the accessibility on any given day are all top notch. The employees we've worked with have all been fantastic and I do appreciate them. It's really too bad that they let their greed get out of hand.
