DO NOT RENT HERE!! Very poorly run facility. The front office was closed with no warning online or posted on the building itself. Several people were waiting hours to enter their units and no one could provide information on when they would be open. The property was also very dirty.

I would sooner trust my child in the care of wild coyotes than trust a cardboard box in this facility. At least wild animals are up front about cost and won't try to convince me they did a great job by returning some mangled limbs.

This place would be better looked after if it were haunted but the only ghosting going on is when you try to get your money back.

This is the worst facility Ive ever dealt with! There is NEVER anyone on premises. My daughter has been trying for three months to move into a smaller unit because she couldnt afford the larger unit. She has not been able to reach anybody. She has left multiple messages. She has showed up to property multiple times and there is never anybody there. She was behind on her rent by one month and had called them and told them she was waiting for her tax return could never get a hold of anyone no one ever called her back then they gave her a three day notice that theyre going to auction her unit. I paid for the unit in full she went on Saturday march 23 and there was actually a human being there whom she asked if there was a lock on her unit the woman assured her that there was not a lock on her unit that she would be able to access her stuff so she rented a truck on Sunday went to go get her things and they had two locks on her unit again multiple phone calls nobody ever answers. Nobody else was there again she is unable to get her things even though she had rented a truck. There is absolutely zero customer service. I would avoid this place like the plague, zero integrity. They will be getting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau from me. I didnt pay the 400 some odd dollars to get her things out to have them have locks on there and nobody ever present. In my mind, thats theft, plain and simple!

This place has dead rats all over it and rodents living out of their units. Disgusting. Its staffed by a bunch of fraudulent criminals robbing storage units and cashing out on false insurance through a scam they call "Orange Door insurance". Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
