Employee (Shad) went over and above to give me the service I needed. He was patient and carefully explained the cost of boxing and shipping. Then carefully helped package my items. Now I just hope my package arrives on time and unbroken.

Shad was so helpful on 2 different occasions. He helped me with my first Happy Return since I didnt know the rules. The second time he helped me get some large packages out to my car. I really appreciate his commitment to customer service.

I have had adequate assistance at this store but never had a need beyond normal shipping until this point. I recently sold and shipped a nativity Mary that arrived damaged. Attempting to file a claim for that damage I went into the store and was informed I had to contact the owners directly. I have called, emailed, and reached out through their website with no response. After going back into the store, I was informed that the guy who had originally helped us with the shipment was known to break items. I still have had no communication from the ownership weeks later as that seems to be the only path to reparations.
