I'm so aggravated. UPS you need to update your latest drop-off times on this site!! I paid for overnight shipping to Florida because my package urgently needs to arrive tomorrow. Your website said latest drop-off time is 5pm. I made it to the location way before 5pm & was told the truck had already picked up today so my package won't go out til tomorrow. Well that causes SO many problems that I won't even start. Thanks a lot UPS! Guess we go FedEx for now on. They can be trusted.
