The worst customer experience Ive ever had. I asked an employee for a shoe, they said they had it, and I proceeded to wait 30 minutes in line. Once I got to the counter they told me they didnt have the shoe, that they couldnt help me, and there was nothing they could do. I told them this was unacceptable customer service. I told them I wasnt okay with this, they needed to do something. They realized that they gave the shoe to a different customer who asked for it while I was in line to buy it. I will not be returning to this store.

I went into the store and found what I was looking for within seconds. When I tried to track down an employee for assistance, they were nowhere to be seen. I finally found someone standing around and asked for the shoe in my size. He rudely told me to speak to the person at the cash register. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally got to one of the register employees. When I asked her, she rolled her eyes, said nothing and just walked away. She came back and said very rudely, No. Next customer. I will not be coming back to this store or shopping from this company again. When I am paying for a good, I expect proper customer service.

No help from the employees whatsoever. The music is blasting like its a night club. Dressing room was closed - how are we supposed to try on the clothes? Huge line at the register, they couldve asked more employees to work the register, but they didnt.
