Office staff is very rude and unhelpful. The Dr was nice but would not go back here or refer anyone to be treated like an inconvenience when I'm paying for a service.

Consistent with other reviews, there's three main challenges when working with this group that they could actively work on to improve. First, there are multiple locations for Advanced Dermatology so these offices, including the Stapleton location, are behind an IVR (i.e., automated) system that goes to a main phone location of some kind to handle appointments. This makes it hard to get ahold of someone who knows specifics about your location and health issues. My personal healthcare is personal. I would prefer to not have it handled by someone who isn't in touch with what is going on. Second, the staff at the Stapleton location front desk is, in general and consistently, apathetic. No rapport. It's a drag talking to them most of the time around billing or scheduling. The PAs are a stark contrast kind, informative, and knowledgeable. Lastly, whoever I have talked to on the nursing line could be more well-informed since they work closely with the doctor. I've been on the phone for two days running around trying to understand who is handling my prescription and so far, I have not heard back from the nurse. She had details mixed up that the drug manufacturer and online pharmacy cleared up for me but I had to go on an 888- goose chase and deal with one phone transfer after another. That said, once I am with a doctor, treatment is great and they've always been helpful and accommodating.
