        I went in for a return. Some of the worst experience I have had in a store. The hostile environment even between the manager. I walked out in tears. The sales girl had an attitude and was just being bratty. I never ever leave bad reviews. And I cannot even believe my experience. Will never ever be going in to this store again.

        I love lululemon. But their customer service specifically at this location is horrible. I sent in some shirts to get hemmed its currently been almost a month and still have not received an email or a call that they are ready. I tried calling the store and nobody has answered. It has been days and 10+ calls. Honestly super disappointed with the customer service considering lululemon is a high end and luxury store. I would advise people to go to another location that has better customer service.

      Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
