        No backpacks rule means auto 1 star from me. I don't own a car, so rules like this just make me have to go elsewhere. Such as the Goodwill located in the shopping center across the street.

        Absolutely ridiculous prices! Apparently it's all ARC stores now. Guess they'll figure it out when profits go down. I never thought I'd say Goodwill has the best prices but ARC really started to rip off their customers.
