I wish I could give 100 stars here!!! Im newer to the sales profession (started in 2021) and my company invested in the Sandler training with Brian McDevitt. We started with an in-person session during our sales kickoff and have bi-weekly trainings. Brian is absolutely top notch and gives us jam-packed sessions with actionable insights and takeaways. He truly cares about our entire team including all the different roles within the department. I often find that I dont want our time together to end as hes engaging and makes everyone feel valued. We also have a LMS with engaging sessions, quizzes, and unlimited content with the ability to obtain a certification. With Sandler training I feel empowered and understand how to be a helpful consultant during the sales cycle by understanding the system. I now have a process and a cookbook for success. Im seeing the results in numbers and have already reached 50% of my quota this year with over a month left in Q2.
