        Driver was either under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or just didn't care about safety. Driver continued to stop/slow down at green lights to check his rider app on tablet, answer texts, and phone calls. He attempted to drop me off at the wrong address initially, proceeded to drive as described above, and was not attentive to the directions on Google maps or other drivers on the road. When I spoke with Ali, he did not apologize for his employee's actions. Instead, his employee continued to call my cell phone and leave aggressive, threatening voicemails, until I notified police.
