        Drove 65 miles. Was charged for 151. Manager doesn't know how to type mileage in when checking vehicles. Or does it on purpose and scams u haul and the customers. A smart lawyer would look into this place. And the manager.

        While using the mobile app to get the truck, a vehicle was not assigned to my reservation at the pickup time. I had to wait until the store opening time to get it. It was cold outside and I didn't have a car. It was unpleasant and delayed my move. The guy who opened the store was very nice though.
