My company had a great experience with these guys! They came with hardly any notice. We all felt so comfortable having them work in our business. Brad Varner and his crew have excellent customer service and are so helpful! Their pricing was very competitive and they did a great job. We hired Brad to do remediation for a major water leak in the kitchen which affected the basement ceiling and floors. Brad is the ultimate professional and we could not have been happier. His communication is outstanding, and he always shows up on time. He handled all the details with our adjuster and subcontractors which was a big undertaking. The damage was to our cabinets, wood floors, drywall, subfloor and carpet. He handled everything and was such a pleasure to work with. Additionally, they protected all areas that were not damaged and cleaned up everything when they were done through each phase. We met with numerous remediation companies and hiring Brad and AdvantaClean was the best decision. We will only use him in the future! Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I made a request on Tuesday 7/5 to have a walk thru scheduled for an estimate. I spoke with Emile, she followed up within 15 minutes of the inquiry and service request. She instructed that Brad would call in 24 hours but 3 days and an email follow up later, and no call as of yet. I provided the square footage of my Crawlspace (40 sq ft) and the needed service of insulation removal and replacement as well as full vapor barrier replacement. I was told I provided sufficient amount of information and details to presumably get a quote over the phone but, again, nothing. For something as simple as my service request, I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of follow up and desire for business. Maybe, they are fully booked and unable to take on smaller or any size of job right now, that would've been totally acceptable to relay at that time. Just unprofessional to set an expectation for follow up and then not fulfilled. Cheers and on to the next! KW

Brad with AdvantaClean of Denver was great to work with. His top priority was making sure I was happy and comfortable with the services he provided. He was thorough in explaining his processes and it was evident he was doing everything he could as quickly as he could to get this issue resolved. Brad even took the time to walk through his processes with the insurance agent, always keeping my best interest in mind. I would absolutely recommend Brad and his team to anyone in need of his services and I would use AdvantaClean of Denver again in a heartbeat! We hired Brad and Advantaclean after our kitchen flooded due to a malfunction with our dishwasher. Brad and his team did an outstanding job. They were extremely responsive, punctual and accommodating. They also made the process with our insurance claim much easier than it would have been if we would have handled it on our own. Our kitchen, wood floors and cabinets look great! We will be recommending Advantaclean to our friends and family in the future!
