Chaplin Caroline CPA

I have known Caroline for over 20 years and she has been doing my complex taxes for seven years. Caroline is one of the most honest and sincere people I have known and she is VERY good at her job! She is a straight forward communicator and a top notch professional. I say kudos to her to be able to work out of her home office, she used to work out of an office in town which is probably why she had a down town address as the previous reviewer mentioned. By the way, I would not put too much validity in the previous bad review, there are always two sides to every story!

After having Caroline do my taxes for years and doing married returns for the past couple of years, Caroline has chosen to take our check for our completed 2017 taxes and is now trying to extort additional funds from us to complete our returns. She chose to do this in the last hours of being able to send out our returns on October 15th and with no responses to the emails we recently sent her. Will need to pursue this with the proper authorities. Stay clear of this lady who works out of her house in town and gives a main st address on the google website
