        I found a chair in the store that I wanted to get and there was a deal on the website so I ordered it from there. Erin, who was handling my account locally, called me and ordered me a brand new chair (not the floor model they had in stock) AND saved me an additional 15% by signing me up for the pearl club. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and I will certainly buy from them again because of her.
