        Terrific customer service! I called Botanical Concepts to see if they could help me pick out a plant to deliver to a friend in Durango. (I live on the East Coast). The owner was very friendly and we chatted for a while about what kind of plant would be a nice gift. After telling her my target budget, she texted me photos of a number of plants. I called her back and told her my choice. She also found a nice card to go with it and wrote my birthday wishes. She then delivered it to my friend on the same day.
