The Hampton Inn is a clean, convenient, and updated place to stay in Durango. Erik at the front desk helped me twice during my stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hot tub also works very well!

Sera, at the front desk, was super helpful and nice to interact with. Room was clean and modern, overall worth the stay!

This place is good to go if you want to ride the train my aunt Bethany thought the elevator was nice and swimmy pool she also like the free contental breakfast she also went to the Wendys and got a frosty with chicken nuggies with my uncle earl and me they like that place too

We selected the Hampton Inn over other hotels because they have always offered fresh, hot cookies. At the desk we were informed that this location stopped offering cookies after COVID 19. The epidemic is OVER and blaming rotten policies on COVID-19 is now a tired, lame excuse. After I presented my Hilton Rewards account, I was told I also couldn't have any of those "rewards" because I was not "gold." So, I whined, boo hoo, no cookies and just water for us, and the desk attendant reluctantly handed me some Oreos (4 total) and two bottles of water. OMG to have to whine like a prisoner needing bread and water was SAD! This particular Hampton Inn just isn't up to the standards we've come to expect from the Hampton Inn line of hotels. I was told this Durango Hampton Inn is an independently owned location. Hilton should kick them out of the company nest. We should have picked another hotel.
