Residence Inn by Marriott Durango Downtown

I've stayed here a few times and am currently here right now and yet again this is the 3RD Room I've had BUGS IN!!! would not recommend.

We stayed here during the road trip. A convenient location to get gas and groceries. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But the room was filthy. The microwave had an obvious food spill, the shower was clogged, the dishwasher with standing water, and we found dirty cups in the cabinet. The place was a stark contact with other Residence Inns we stayed at during this trip.

Good location. Not a lot of options at breakfast. Room was fine but was loud (on first floor and near entrance). Constant banging above and behind us due to location of room - walls must have been paper thin

This place charges $10 per day to park here. They need to share that cost on Expedia. Lucky if you get a room cleaned anywhere anymore these days I guess. Pool and hot tub were great, nice basketball and tennis court outside. Very uncomfortable furniture in room including beds. Time to upgrade this dated place.
