I have had two phone conversations over the last couple months with the owner to schedule service. Both calls went well, I felt I had found a good company and was told to expect a call to schedule service the following day. Both times I never received the follow-up call. After the first non-follow-up I left a voicemail explaining that I never received a follow-up call and asked for someone to call me back, again no call. I ended up doing the cleaning myself. I tried again earlier this week (second phone conversation with owner) hoping for a different result, no luck.
