I worked with Nicole to buy a home at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023. It was a tough time to buy with inventory declining and interest rates rising, but with Nicole's help I closed on a home in February 2023. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect but Nicole made the process easier than I thought it would be. Nicole responded to my e-mails immediately, often within the hour, and, when I told her I was interested in a home, she scheduled viewings within 24 hours. When I wanted to make an offer, she prepared the offer the same day even if it meant sending me the offer at 9 or 10 at night. I strongly recommend Nicole and would definitely work with her again!

Nicole helped my partner and I find and purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, it can be overwhelming but she educated us on the entire process.
