Ball Septic was able to come out and pump our septic tank the same day contacted. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to make it up our steep snowy driveway.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Ball Septic. We had them initially help in draining and inspecting our engineered system to prepare for the sale of a property. What was assumed as a cut and dry process to prepare for a new set of owners turned into quite an ordeal to get the system up to county codes with access to a distribution box. Ball Septic, both in the field and in the office, worked hard to make it happen and mitigate additional costs. They were efficient and effective in their execution and worked to ensure the quality of the service they provided. They made everything better in the end. Thank you, Ball Septic. I would highly recommend them for your septic system needs.
