Flagstaff Neurosurgery

Cindy at Flagstaff Neurosurgy is cold hearted and rude! Dr Sam Safavi Abbasi performed a surgery on April 15th on my back! He fused T-10 to L-2! If I lived near Flagstaff Arizona, I definitely would do a follow up visit, but I dont! So I called the office telling Cindy that I had an MRI performed and I wanted the opinion of the surgeon Sam Safavi that performed the surgery to give me his opinion if I needed a second surgery! Cindy told me that Sam Safavi cant give me his opinion and that I needed to follow up with another surgeon in my area! I told Cindy that Ive already had 2 opinions and 1 said I need surgery and 1 said I dont! She says you can mail the cd in, but she doesnt know if Sam Safavi will look at it or give you his opinion! I tell her I have a photo of the mri on my phone, can I email it to you! Cindy says her email doesnt work and she probably wont get the email! This phone call talking to Cindy makes me eerily nervous about the surgery Dr Sam Safavi performed! You would think Sam Safavi would at least tell me if the surgery he performed was wrong or right! This is why Ive never trusted surgeons!
