The entire staff here was very pleasant, and knowledgeable! They showed me a tremendous amount of compassion and understanding about my medical needs as well as my full body health. It was a pleasure coming here, I think I've found my new regular Dr!

Absolutely love seeing Dr. Press! She has such a great personality and bedside manor, it makes you feel like you're visiting a friend instead of seeing the doctor. Both my husband and I see her and I'm trying to get my parents to go in as well. She is a great listener, tells you how it is, will break things down to make sure you understand something and does she all she can to help you out. All of the staff we've interacted with as well have been fabulous! Great group of people! We are so happy they are here!

Rescheduled twice after taking time off and rescheduled for months later. Unacceptable! Need a better primary care in Elizabeth!

Just left in tears within the first 5 minutes of my appointment with Dr.Press. This is nothing I have ever experienced in my life. After waiting months for an appointment, I came into the office as a new patient with a medical concern that started in 2018. This has been causing increasing worry for me and my partner over the last 2 years. As I began to try to detail the experience that I have been having, Dr. Press almost immediately began cutting me off and throwing potential prescriptions at me without taking more than a moment to look me in the eye. As I tried to describe why I didnt think certain drugs would not work as I have taken similar treatments for other ailments in the past, her body language and facial expressions became increasingly condescending as she interrupted me two more times. These are the types of experiences that cause hesitancy, distrust, and an overall belief that the medical community is never actually listening to you. Doctors should always hear patients concerns with understanding and compassion first. I left today feeling crushed and totally embarrassed by this person.
