Flowers were never delivered despite receiving order confirmation and my account being debited for the sale. I have tried to reach out via email and phone with no success. The business voice mail box has been full for several days. My 86th year old mother was greatly disappointed that I "forgot" her birthday. Not the right way to run a business.

I placed an order online and did not receive the flowers. I called several times and emailed and I never got a response. I would not order here.

Flowers were never delivered, credit card was charged.  Have called twice and get voicemail and no return call.  I don't know if this business even actually exists.

I have ordered many times in the past few years. The service was great!!! I ordered flowers for my moms birthday this year, Aug, and they were never sent. I have called, left messages, now the mailbox is full, as well as emailed. Have not received any sort of response. Im very disappointed. I cant help but wonder if something happened to the business owner and that worries me

I ordered flowers for my husbands funeral and she used my card on another customers order for $386.00. when I called her to ask what the second charge was for she said she wrote down my card number and used it for the next order.  She told me it would take 3 or 4 days and it would be credited back to my card.  Now it has been almost three weeks and still hasn't been credited nor will they answer my call or call me back when I leave a message.  I have filed a fraud use on my credit card and have cancelled my card so it can no longer be used.  Pretty sad that at a time like this to have added stress after burying your loved one.  I won't ever trust them again because they shouldn't write your card number on a piece of paper.  Patty Lentz.
