Healthy Bone

I brought my dog there to be groomed four or five times it was super happy with the service then one of the gals retired. But I brought her back anyway thinking that The shop would provide consistent service. They didn’t. Upon on my return to pick up my dog they informed me that they were charging an extra $10 above the normal fee. On top of a tip. 75$ !! The gal completely changed the dogs face without consulting me before. didn’t trim her nails. I paid her what she wanted but I probably shouldn’t have. I’m so mad my face to gets red thinking about it. My suggestion to you if you’re looking for a good groomer go somewhere else. I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and it’s going to take six months for the dogs facial hair to grow back out again maybe longer. The dog is a specific breed needs to be groomed a specific way which I covered time and time again every time I went into the shop to book an appointment.

Small operation and hard to get an appointment, but my dog got great personalized care and a wonderful haircut! My dog was smiling when I came to get him, and not traumatized like he usually is.
