        Don't go here. Terrible. Rip off My wife took took her car there for low pressure to have them check it. She told them she drove through a new construction. They didn't check, just added air and said it was all good. She ended up stranded. We also had took her car there after her tire was damaged. They were only a few months old and we had a warranty. They said there was a lot of wear and charged quit a bit when it should have been covered. I never have issues when I go in, but I cannot have my wife go by herself.

      • Very good and fast service. Stopped by to do tire rotation on my sprinter van their stuff offered me a quick and free service.

        Had an appointment. Arrived at site and I am told that I do not have an appointment. They looked in their hand written appointment book and didnt see my name. Seems just slightly outdated way to confirm an appointment. Then told it will take an hour for them to approve the oil change and I have to wait 90 minutes until their next opening. Been there before and experienced poor customer service on some of those visits as well. Used to go to the one in Central Park. No problems there. Will not use the Erie location again.
