this ulta is terrible. the employees are very disrespectful and they did not help with anything i needed. also a few months ago one of the employees were very disrespectful to my friend and were insulting and attacking her because of an assumption. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!

well its an ulta. what can a man review about that? But in any case, my wife put an online order, I went to pick it up, and they are so lost on internal organization, they couldn't find the bag. 20 minutes latter the found it, and gave it to me. then my wife received a message that there is a product that still at the place that wasn't included in the pickup. So we went back and again they were super lost and didn't knew where or what it was.

Ive been a customer for 3 years, but I dont think Ill be coming back. I just got profiled (Im Latina) and humiliated at this store. On mothers day nonetheless. I was acused of using a product at the store without it being a testerbut it was a tester given to me by another salesperson! And the apology was so insincere and full of gaslighting, trying to convince me that she hadnt acused me of basically stealing the product. The lone star is for the other girls who helped me in my shopping.

Plenty different make up and brands. But don't believe when they send you coupons. They don't honor them. They always show you the tiny print that it's not what you bought. So shame on you CEO for cheating with such rule. Just to get people to your stores
