Bro these guys are more help than our maintenance in our apartment complex. Our maintenance guy didn't want to do the extra work when DK's way of doing it would've been much faster and better. The boys that were coming in our apartment to check our bathroom were so nice, responsive, and professional! I really recommend. These guys are seriously amazing.

After a house fire my insurance company paid their "Approved Vendor" DK Construction to rebuild my home. At first they had their appointed project manager meet me to go over details. He was for some reason no longer with the company and it took roughly 3months for them to contact me with no knowledge of what was going on... then the whole house Took over 1.5yrs to complete and 2 months past their deadline. Upon moving back home I noticed many issues and still am waiting for this company to resolve some of these problems. For example the kitchen sink leaked all over. I have linoleum that contains asbestos under the carpet going down my stairs and they were paid and supposed to remove the asbestos but did not. Still awaiting the removal of asbestos and installation of carpet on the stairs.The shower didn't produce hot water and leaked in my basement. The sewer main was supposedly "scoped with a camera" but somehow they missed a big clog which in turn caused the sewer to back up into the house. I called them about this issue immediately and they took a few days to even come out. I continue to wait for them to fasten my kitchen countertop down and install my ceiling fans. The list continues but as you can tell I AM VERY UPSET with the overall job they did! I do not recommend this company to any based on them being unproffesional, bad communication about repairs, poor work quality, not on time with deadline etc. Learn from my mistake, Take your business elsewhere! After two water losses within a week, we had a pretty significant amount of damage to address. Austin, Tim, and Ray were friendly, detailed, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Even when there was an occasional issue (which will happen on a large project), they were quick to respond and make sure it was addressed. Austin even came in on his own time over Labor Day weekend to make sure we were taken care of! Thats exceptional customer service and something you wont find many places!
