Randolph painted three metal awnings on our house. I felt that he gave a fair price for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the way it should be done. He showed up when he promised he would and completed the job as promised. They look beautiful! He was very professional and pleasant. I will definitely hire him again for future projects!

Randolph constantly told me he was a Christian man and would take care of our remodeling needs and that he had a crew. We signed and paid him half of the money for remodeling 3 bathrooms, and after demolishing all but one of my bathrooms in my home, and still owing us $3,000, he asked us for 1,000 more. When we refused to change the signed contract, he stopped showing up. Thank goodness we still had one full bathroom that we could use until we could find an honest contractor to finish the others. Randolph Residential deceived our naive hearts and took money from us. Romans 16:17-18 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.

Randolph is amazing! He took my kitchen from old and outdated to modern and clean. He worked with my vision and ideas and created a masterpiece! We met up and decided on a timeline, during this pandemic there were many set backs in delivery of appliances and cabinets but Randolph was patient and kept busy regardless of delays that were completely out of my hands. He did everything the correct way and informed me of things that needed to be fixed or upgraded for my appliance install. When Lowe's came they only installed the microwave which I was very unhappy, Randolph picked up and fixed their sloppy work. I would highly recommend Randolph for appliance install OVER LOWE'S ANYDAY, he can adapt with any kitchen scenario! He did great job on the tile, cabinets, hardware, plumbing, flooring, everything from top to bottom. This is my second job hiring Randolph and we are so happy. Everyone I showed my kitchen to says its so contemporary. We are hiring him for our third job in the next two weeks. I purchased a house recently in Pueblo and needed help with quick renovations to get us in. Randolph gave me a great quote and time frame and promptly began work. I went over everything I wanted to do which included: New carpeting, Vinyl flooring, New vanities, Shower retile, and New toilets... the house needed work as we snagged it for a great price. We had about a month to be in as we were renting an apartment in Colorado Springs so I gave him the keys to get started. Randolph began demo and noticed some issues with plumbing and such I would have never known about. He raised our shower head (As we are a tall family) and added insulation behind the shower wall and retiled it very professionally, it felt brand new. He added some water valves in the bathroom which were broken and just gave me another invoice of a very fair price for plumbing and electric which he has much knowledge. What I liked most about Randolph is he went above and beyond to do things correctly and addressed issues that needed to be fixed on the spot. I appreciate when things are done right and I will continue to hire him based on his skill level, and honesty. Nevertheless, we were able to move out of our apartment and into our first home smoothly and Randolph helped make this possible : ) Service: Remodeling
