        They do not answer the phone. I've been calling for over an hour about an issue a plumber found that is the responsibility of the city. They are a joke.

        I am a disabled veteran providing a safe place to live for others that are disabled, we had a busted pipe that was leaking for months, it ran our bill up to 500 dollars and they would not work with us to forgive the water wasted by the leak. Now they're threatening to turn our water off! They don't care about thier customers
