I loved everything about my experience with Lalita while buying our forever home and selling our then current home! She was very responsive, was always willing and excited to go look at house after house. And when we found the house we wanted, she was a great negotiator. She not only kept us well informed during the process, but also checked in our mental health during the process. I liked that she used professional photography for our home listing, which really made it stand out! She was very knowledgeable about the market, and we got top dollar for our listing. She made great recommendations on what we HAD to do to get our home listed, and what we didn't have to do, saving us time and money. When we bought the new house, Lalita was wonderful at getting us the necessary improvements, again saving us time and money in the future. Lalita's energy and enthusiasm for the Grand Valley real estate market shows through in every conversation you have with her. If we ever decided to move again...we will definitely use Lalita again, and we recommend her to all our friends!

We were so lucky that we found Lalita! She was the best realtor for us. We were looking to move to Grand Junction from out of state so we needed someone who could be our proxy. She really knew the market and the various builders. She was an excellent communicator and even took the time to take pictures and video for us every week so that we could see the construction progress on our house. Of course, we had to sell our existing home too and she even helped with that by interviewing potential realtors for us and making sure they knew their stuff. Everything went smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again.

Let's just start with WOW. As a first time home buyer I was definitely nervous about my lack of real estate knowledge and how the overall process worked, but after my first conversation with Lalita I felt completely comfortable and was certain it was a great fit. Wanna talk about a go-getter? Lalita worked around my backwards schedule, offered to facetime properties when I was out of state, and even fought to get me better deals than I asked for. I couldn't have been happier with her work ethic, responsiveness, and bulldogish demeanor. Protects her clients and is agressive when it counts! Will definitely use again, and highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer, the thought of the whole process was kind of terrifying. Our lender suggested Lalita to us, letting us know that she was great with first time homebuyers. I contacted her via phone and she did not skip a beat in getting the process started. Lalita is such a fun, professional and kind individual, we hit it off right away. She made everything for my husband and myself so easy, comfortable and enjoyable. She was fantastic at explaining every step to us and answering any and all questions we had. I know that I could contact her at any time and she would be more than willing to help. I am so thankful for her and thankful that we still keep in touch even though it has been 2 years since we purchased our home. I will be using Lalita for any and all real estate needs I have in the future. I would highly recommend letting her be tour agent whether you are buying or selling!
