        Food was what it should be this trip, standard Taco Bell fare. However the worker at the front counter was wearing blue disposable gloves, I assume for their protection because they were black with filth and certainly afforded the customer no protection when handing a cup or a to go bag. If bare hands were that dirty they would be required to be washed.

        I was just at this location 4/20/22 at 11:50am and they couldn't hear me over the intercom so I pulled forward like it says to do for hearing and speech difficulties. When I got to the window the manager refused to take my order and told me I need to go back around the line. I'm not sure the managers name but if that's how she treats customers with hearing and speech difficulties she needs to be fired. I don't write reviews, good or bad, but this experience was so awful and concerning I felt I needed to. Just because someone can't hear very well or speak very loud is no reason to refuse them service, ever.
