Troubles began in Feb 2015 when I purchased a new vehicle and changed my policy, and without my knowledge the payment plan not only switched from a quarterly payment to a monthly payment, but the rate was double my new total. This was all discovered when my I got a notice about a lapse in coverage from my bank. BW could not give an explanation for the changes, but corrected it nonetheless. Or so I thought. 3 months later my next quarterly bill is $120 higher than the policy and they tried to explain to me that this elevated rate was the normal rate all along. Bank statements and documents I had proved them wrong, but they were unwilling to listen. I had the representative tell me "Either you can pay your bill full price or I can cancel your policy for you." I had no choice but to pay it. This happened in May, but I felt I could not post my review until now because I feared further retaliation from BW that would cost me more and give me a worse rate when I switched to a new company. (Which btw costs me 1/2 the price with better coverage) Clearly this agency does not care about its customers, or practice good business ethics and I would urge anyone to look into other options before giving them your business
