        We had no hot water to take a shower. When discussed with the owner he denied that that would be possible. Owner refused to refund or discount the room. Will not return!

      Thnak you for staying with us and we are sorry to hear about the experience you had on your stay. I am surprised to hear that there was no hot water in your room where as when my front desk checked the water in your room right after your check out he said there was no problem with the hot water and just to double confirm i checked my boiler after it was working fine. Sorry to say this but we do appreciate your feed back. Thank you and wish you a safe travel back home
