    Let me start by saying Oscar and Raymar, the leasing agents are great and have helped us as much as they can. However our experience with the property as a whole hasnt been the best. Maintence does not call before entering even if you ask that they do. You have to call the office so much to get anything done, which is tough because they dont always answer either. Weve been told different things from the managers; it seems as they are aloof and disconnected from what is going on. Weve been over billed and charged for utilities. Trying to get this fixed has been a nightmare and it seems like the ball has been dropped. We had paid a deposit to reserve an apartment at a price and were told that it was locked in, only to be told something else later on. We started getting surprise bills for sewage, which we never paid before in all the 2 years weve lived here. Communication with the Maintence and management has just been very stressful, although the community is beautiful.

    My wife and I lived a the Legacy Apartments for about a year and a half and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Some of our favorite parts of living there were the floor plan, the location, the fact that we and our guests always found parking close by, laying by the pool during the summer, and occasionally going to the gym. We always enjoyed conversing with the front office and we never felt that we were nickeled and dimed here especially when it came to breaking out lease. We felt that their policies had both the residents and the business in mind. It felt like home from our first night there and we will really miss it.

    Oscar met with us and showed us around while looking for apartments and was very knowledgeable and a great guy overall. He also prefers snowboarding which gives me even more respect for him. He made the experience of apartment shopping much less stressful. Definitely a guy youd want helping you out when visiting!
