      Hi Annie,No we are not closed at all. We are just not at the shop at the moment. Since we are a mobile service, we are not always in the shop. We have a sign in the window that says, "Sorry we are not here right now we are at a customers home or work doing repairs. Due to our service model, please understand we simply cannot be at the shop all the time. Give me a call or text directly on my cell 720-878-7400 if you want to communicate and make an appointment. I will leave this cell here for a couple days. Thank you for reaching out. I hope you will reconsider your one star review as it really impacts our local family owned business.
