I would leave 0 stars if I could. I received a poinsettia on 12/23..I was not home and the delivery driver left it at on my front porch in 5 degree weather. I did not receive a call about a delivery and no attempt to leave it with a neighbor. Needless to say, it did not fair well. I have attempted to call the florist and emailed but have not received any response.

worst floral arrangement and card received!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! they misspelled worlds on sympathy card, the flowers were dead in the arrangement and they delivered at 8:00 pm

My financial advisor and his assistant sent me flowers for my birthday. They were delivered without ringing the doorbell (I have Ring so I would see the delivery) and placed behind a flower pot on my top step. You couldn't see it from the road or my driveway (likely to keep porch pirates away) or by my door where deliveries are usually placed. (There is even a small table just outside front door OUT OF THE SUN. ) So when I finally saw the flowers they were mostly dead with half the water evsporated. Some notification, since this was a surprise, would have saved the flowers. The sender called to share what happened and nothing was offered. I think redelivery with notification is how good businesses treat their customers.

SCAM!!Beware. Still accepting orders and credit card money but say they are closed when you call / write.  Calling the authorities.

I'm updating my review because I think it's important for people - especially out-of-town folks that are ordering online - to be informed on the truth of this business.  Even though they show a Highlands Ranch address on thier website, the shop is closed down.  On their website they say "T D Florist Design & Gift is the premier florist in Highlands Ranch thanks to our always-fresh arrangements".  This couldn't be further from the truth.  They are one of the worst florist I've ever encountered.  My flowers were delivered at 10:20 at night and were left out in the snow.  The roses were pretty much dead.  They also say "T D Florist Design & Gift truly is the most trusted and well-loved florist in Highlands Ranch." Again this is false.  They don't answer their phone or emails, and again, there is no shop in Highlands Ranch.  I did notice that they removed their "guarantee" verbiage that was listed on their website yesterday, so that tells you something.  Make sure you read through all the reviews that go back years, and take your business elsewhere.
