        The rooms are pretty outdated but the staff was very nice and my room was always clean.

        The front desk staff is amazing! We came here for daughters surgery, very nice man offered wheelchair as my daughter was dizzy getting to our room! We were snowed in and had to ask for items a little more often and it was never a problem! The only complaint was the mattress was a little uncomfortable! Very clean and very friendly!

        I wish I had done a little more investigating before we just booked there is no hot tub. It was removed recently. The pool is cold (we like to get hotels with pools for the kids) and there were no towels. There is construction going on which is good for the property Im sure but does nothing for the experience of staying here. Breakfast cost 1/3 of the room price. Based on the price and amenities we will not be back. This isnt to say the hotel isnt appropriate for someone else. It just did not suit our need.

Fortunately, the construction you mentioned is complete as of tomorrow and we bumped the temperature of the pool up a bit to make sure it's warm.
