Absolutely horrible experience going through the application process. Interviewed, waited 3 weeks, hired was told to put in my two weeks notice at my current job, waited another 2 weeks, then was told they don't want to hire me because I'm a felon :/ I understand but we all make mistakes. It's over 6 years old but I guess I'm not good enough. I hope they don't treat your loved ones the same!

I am a CNA here and I absolutely love the residents we care for! Great environment, beautiful place to be! Highly recommend checking this community out!

I have served as the Executive Director here since opening, and every day I enjoy meeting fascinating new residents. I'm happy to share that we have about 15 employees whose parents live at Wind Crest. We also have 7 former employees who have moved in after retiring. An important aspect of our community is that we have over 80 resident volunteers who serve on the resident advisory council or one of our committees. They work continuously with our department leaders to make program enhancements and improve the overall experience for residents.

This is by far the worst job I ever had I have been falsely accused of being intoxicated & Was suspended & Then was accused of harassment, which I dont speak too anyone , when the person was calling me out my name & Racial slurs , & They didnt let me speak on my behalf , Theres no colored employees there or residents , Such a racist place & The chefs cant cook food is . I just Dont recommend this place if ur colored.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP IT. THE LOCAL STAFF ARE GOOD, BUT ALL THE GOOD IS UNDONE BY THE CORPORATION'S AVARICE, WHICH SETS POLICY. THEY RATIONALIZE THEMSELVES AS A 501c. YOU WILL SEE, IF YOU OPEN YOUR EYES, THAT THIS GROUP CAN RATIONALIZE ANYTHING THATS IN THEIR OWN FINANCIAL INTEREST. THEIR M.O. FEELS EXACTLY LIKE THIS: ONLY SHALLOW ETHICS REQUIRED, AND DEFINITELY NO REAL INTEGRITY (VISIBLE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THEIR OWN WARPED VIEW OF THEMSELVES) THROUGH EMPATHY OR EVEN EMOTIONALLY COMPETENT CONSIDERATION: JUST SET A PREDATORY POLICY AND TELL PEOPLE YOURE ENFORCING A POLICY WHEN THEY OBJECT TO BEING TRAMPLED ON. ERICKSON RATIONALIZES ALL THEIR RIGID FEES WITH APLOMB. THEY ARE JUST ANOTHER FEE-COLLECTING ORGANIZATION. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR FAKE VENEER OF BEING A SO-CALLED 501C THIS GROUP ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. THEY SPEND TOO MUCH ON THEMSELVES. AND THEY ARE SO CLOSE-MINDED AND HIGH ON THEIR OWN SUPPLY, THEY CANNOT EVEN SEE HOW OUTRAGEOUS THEIR BEHAVIOR IS. ALL THEY OFFER IS CARE FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN ALREADY AFFORD TO PAY A LOT MORE -- THAT IS NOT A CHARITY WORTHY OF 501C STATUS, AND NO MARGINAL OFFERING MAKES UP FOR THE PREPONDERANT BOTTOM LINE. WHAT YOU WILL GET HERE IS FEE AFTER FEE AFTER UNEXPECTED FEE AFTER OH, WHAT YOU WANT ISNT INCLUDED, THERE WILL BE 6 MORE FEES FOR WHAT YOU SAID DO NOT STEP FOOT HERE, LIKE WE DID YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT SHORING THEMSELVES UP AND DEFINITELY PUT YOU LAST. THERE MAY BE NICE RESIDENTS, BUT THE BUSINESS MODEL IS SO NAUSEATINGLY MONEY-GRABBING AND UNETHICAL (DONT FIND THIS OUT TOO LATE, LIKE WE DID).
