The maintenance in this place is very unprofessional and their team doesn't know the word ProActive! From the time I moved in I reported an issue about the Fridge and it took 1 week before someone took a look at it. After taking a look at it it took another week before action was taken. Since they couldn't fix the issue 3 weeks later they placed a replacement fridge which had a different type of issue. Me and my wife tried explaining that the replacement was defective but the way their maintenance supervisor talks to us is so derogatory to the point that it belittles us and makes us look stupid. I feel that we are being discriminated just because we are asians!

I was looking for a new place to live and came across these apartments that were conveniently located. Upon entering the leasing office, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. First impressions are everything and I was pleased with how down to earth everyone in the office was. The apartments were very clean and super cozy inside. Because I enjoyed my experience in such a short time, I made the decision to live at St. Moritz! Highly recommend checking them out if youre looking for a new place to not only live, but love the place youre living in!
