I am a neighbor of a property owned by Mary. All of her tenants have complained about issues which include but not limited to, a broken heater/furnace(leaving occupants and their children freezing in the winter), broke garage door (this is a shared garage, I reached out to discuss as owners are responsible and got no response), and broken appliances. Do not proceed to rent any property from this individual or associates. If her actions are any indication of how business is done with Remax I wouldnt want to work with anyone representing the company brand.
