Definitely the realtor you want and need. We relied heavily on her expertise with every house we viewed and she was super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of each. We were looking in very unique neighborhoods with a wide range of unique houses and when we found ours it was her skills that helped us navigate the buying process with confidence.

Super realtor. Very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She worked with us for well over a year, helping us to find the right home. Her experience really comes to light as we walk through homes and she was able to identify things, good or bad, that we would not have noticed on our own. She then helped us sell our condo. She recommended someone to stage the large space, and she made it look fantastic. We had 8 offers the first weekend. Stephanie has great working relationships with the other parties involved (inspector, lender, etc.). She keeps us informed and communicated often. Highly recommended.
